New Digital Tickets

(Toronto - June 1, 2026) The Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall are pleased to announce an exciting enhancement to your ticketing experience. We are launching a new digital ticketing system on June 1st, which will enable you to access tickets digitally, making ticket delivery secure, easy and more convenient.

We are excited to share an important update about how fans will access their event tickets going forward.   Beginning June 1, we are introducing a new, streamlined digital ticketing experience.

This upgrade is designed to make it easier for fans to access their event tickets going forward.   Fans will experience an easier, faster, and more secure process during their arrival at Roy Thomson Hall, Allied Music Centre – including, Massey Hall and TD Music Hall.

New Features

• Easy: Instantly access all your tickets in one place.
• Secure: Digital tickets can’t be lost or duplicated.
• Convenient: No more printing or searching for PDFs.

Digital Tickets are paperless tickets accessed through your digital ticket wallet on your mobile device.  After purchasing tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your digital wallet. Log in, select your performance, and your tickets will be ready to scan.  You can easily share tickets so each guest has their own.

All tickets issued prior to June 1, 2026 will remain valid and will be honoured in their original format, whether presented as a PDF or a mobile ticket.

Digital Tickets

After purchasing tickets, fans will receive a link in their confirmation email to access their digital tickets, accessible on any smart mobile device.

• Log in using your existing Massey Hall or Roy Thomson Hall credentials—no new passwords required.
• No app download is needed. You may also save your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
• Each ticket includes a rotating/refreshing QR code that will be scanned upon arrival.
• You can easily transfer tickets to friends, so each guest has their own ticket.
• Do not print your digital tickets and bring them to the venue. Screenshots or printouts cannot be accepted.
