LETS - Learning English Through Song

Empowering New Voices Through Music and Language

LETS is a music-based language program designed for people new to Canada. It brings together teaching artists and newcomers in an engaging environment focused on English vocabulary, expressions, and idioms—taught through popular music.

By combining language learning with music-making and community connection, participants build confidence in English comprehension and pronunciation while exploring music and Canadian culture.

This program is open to community members of all ages and English-speaking ability - participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. LETS will run weekly on Saturdays from January 17 to April 11. Each class is two hours from 10am-12pm with a break in the middle.
